ひとはくキャラバン「大屋の石と大地のひみつを知ろう」 the secrets of the earth and stones of Ooya
県立人と自然の博物館より、
先山徹（さきやま・とおる）せんせいが
おおやアート村「BIG LABO」に来られました。
We have a guest from the Museum of Nature and Human Activities, Hyogo.
今日は、ひとはくキャラバンの企画のひとつ、
「大屋の石と大地のひみつを知ろう」
と題して、先山せんせいのレクチャーが行われました。
We had a lecture by Toru SAKIYAMA's "The Secrets of the Earth and Stones of Ooya".
参加者は、13人。
新聞記者さんもふくめると、
14人以上が、参加して、
大屋の地質について、学びました。
More than 14 people joinned this activities.
They studied about geology of Ooya Town.
Newspaper reporter came and covered it.
かべのパネルを示しながら、
大屋の地質について、説明してくださいます。
The teacher showed the geological survey with the panels on the wall.
展示されている石の実物について、
そのなりたちと性質を講義されます。
聴衆は興味津々で、石を観察。
He lectured how the stones of Ooya Town had been formed.
Students were watching the stones on exhibit.
ルーペを使わせていただいて、石の表面を
観察したり。
まっくらにしめきられた放送室で、
蛍石を観察したり。
（ひかるんです）
Watching stones with a couple of loupes,
seeing HOTARUISHI in the darkness--the stone seemed to have light with itself!
純粋なヒスイは、白いということ。
大屋は、ヒスイが地表に露出している、
めずらしい場所なのだそうです。
Pure jade is white.
Ooya Town is the very rare place that we can find jade on the surface of the earth.
資料として、「大屋町史 自然編」（平成13年9月30日発行、大屋町）
が使われました。
先山先生も、執筆者のひとりです。
"The History of Ooya Town -Nature-" is used for the reference.
Toru SAKIYAMA is one of the writers.
Now you can read this book at the office of BIGLABO.
１時半からはじまって、
「２０分程度」
の予定が…、
質疑応答や、観察や、ふたたび説明＆レクチャーや、
たのしく、エンドレスな感じで続きました!!
In the beginning,
they supposed the lecture in 20 minutes,
but they enjoyed and were hexed the lecture so much that it continued long.
They all enjoyed studying about stones a lot!!
自分たちの住んでいる町、歩いている地面の歴史や、
そのなりたち、性質を知るのは、
おもしろいものですね。
知らない場所、行ってみたことのない場所だったら、
こうは興味がわかなかったかもしれません。
みなさん熱心に、学んでおられました!!
It is interesting to let us know about our town's geology.
If about unknown town, they might not be interested in so much.
They looked to be eager for the lecture!

石をみながら、大屋町や養父市の
大地のなりたちを知ることができます。

You can see jades from KABOZAKA and
ores from AKENOBE mine of Ooya.
You can understand how the earth of here has changed.
