麦畑自然食堂のまかないランチ会 lunch by Mugibatake Farm

麦畑自然農場のみなさまが、
木造校舎の調理室で、
「麦畑自然農場のまかないランチ会」
をされました。
Mugibatake Sizen Nojo Farm served lunch at BIGLABO in the old school building.

玄米ごはん、だしまき卵、カブステーキに、ポテトサラダ、柿、ゆずはちみつ茶。
大根のはいったお味噌汁は、うんまいです。
調味料はあくまで、素材の味をひきたてるため。
心をこめて、ていねいにつくられた、安全な野菜と卵です。
ワークショップをやっている二階の書道教室まで、
ゆでた野菜のいい匂いがあがってきました。
Lunch/brown rice GOHAN, omelet with DASHI, baked turnip, potato salad, KAKI, honey tea in Yuzu flavor.
Miso soup is good with DAIKON.
They cooked in less seasoning or spice so that the guests can taste of the fresh vegetables and eggs.
The vegetables and eggs came from the farm, they are pretty good.
We caught the good smell of food, we were on the 2nd floor for seal-engraving class.

麦畑自然農場さんは、
「おおやネギ焼きカルソッツまつり」
で、来月もお世話になります。
The farm cooperates with BIGLABO in the event‘Festa de la Calçotada o Ooya' next month.
