ネギのおまつり。 Fiesta de la calcotada o Ooya

明日は、おおやネギ焼きカルソッツまつりです。
みなさまがたのお越しをお待ちしております。
We will held Fiesta de la calcotada o Ooya at BIGLABO tomorrow, Jan 26th.
We expect to seeing many visitors here.

今現在、こちらには、積雪はありません。
There is no snow on the ground now.

本場のカルソターダ（ネギ焼きバーベキュー料理）のお祭りのビデオを見ると、
ネギの根をつけたまま、ごうごうと焼いていますが、
ここ日本・兵庫県養父市大屋町加保7番地のビッグラボでは、
ネギの根を切る作業をしてみました。
さて、ネギの根の有無は、味に影響があるのでしょうか？
We watch the film from Spain, on which film the people grill whole calcots with roots on the fire.
Here at BIGLABO in Japan, 7 Kabo, Ooya-cho, Yabu City, Hyogo
we decided to cut the roots of the leeks.
Which is more delicious in calcotada with roots or rootless?

ロメスコソースの素になる、
各種ナッツ類。
これを、ごりごりとおろす…たぶん、ですが。
Nuts sent by the organizer Atsuko Arai.
Maybe the nuts should be cracked into small grains for the sauce.

どうぞおいでください。
ネギ焼きのほかにも、炭火焼のシカ肉・鶏肉。けんちん汁、おにぎり、熱いお茶なども
地元のおおやごちそうの会のとうさん、かあさんたちが
腕をふるって、つくってくれます。
Booking is not needed, just you can come and join us.
Except for Calcotada, BBQ of deer and chiken, Kenchinjiru, Onigiri and hot tea will be served by Ooya Gochisou-no-kai, which is constituted by our neighbours in Ooya, they are all good cooks!
ネギの仮装をしたり、畑で収穫体験をしたり。
いろんな活動を予定しています。
You can enjoy making costume of calcots, and harvest at the field.
